Autumn is finally here, but some days it feels like winter is hiding just around the corner. Before the cooler weather sets in, you should take advantage of the fall and try out a cleansing autumn detox! Now, I know that detoxes don’t always sound like the most appealing activities, but there are many ways that you can detoxify your body and still eat well. We’ve put together a list of the best and tastiest detoxifying foods that will get you back to feeling great and ready to take on the winter.

  1. Seaweed: On its own it might not sound too awesome, but you can easily work it into a smoothie or have it with sushi.

  4. Basil: Throw a few leaves on top of your meal to give yourself a much needed anti-oxidant injection.

  6. Pineapple: An amazing snack that will clean up your digestive cycle.
  7. Broccoli: This nutritious and hearty veggie has wonderful detoxifying properties.
  8. Avocado: One of the best superfoods out there and it fills you up like no other.
  9. Brussels sprouts: Roast some for a nice side to any meal – it helps that they’re in season too!
