Facelift

A complete facelift can leave you looking 10 years younger, while still maintaining a natural appearance. The full facelift is comprehensive, targeting the face, jowls and neck. This procedure is performed through an incision that begins at the temples and travels down to the front of the ear, around the earlobe and behind the ear to the lower scalp. By sculpting fat, lifting and repositioning muscles and deeper tissues, then trimming and redraping the overlying skin, Dr. Chaudhari can give you a new, youthful and natural appearance.

MINI-FACELIFT
For patients who don’t need a complete facelift, or wish to postpone the need for a traditional procedure, the mini facelift is an excellent option. This minimally invasive alternative helps patients gain a more youthful and refreshed appearance with smaller incisions and shorter recovery times. The mini facelift targets the cheeks, mouth, neck and jowls, and the procedure is performed by creating a narrow S-shaped incision in front of the ear to lift the skin and tighten the underlying muscles and tissue. Less invasive than a complete facelift, the mini facelift still offers dramatic results.

SHORT-SCAR (MID) FACELIFT

A more targeted procedure is the short-scar facelift, also known as a mid-facelift. This procedure targets the mid-face area, including the cheeks and nasolabial folds, and is very effective in reducing puffiness below the eyes to create a smoother, more youthful appearance. During the short-scar facelift, the skin is not separated from the underlying muscle and tissue, so the procedure is significantly less invasive than the complete or mini facelift, yet achieves similar results. The incision for a short-scar facelift is made in the front of the ear, close to the hairline so that scarring can be easily concealed.
