Avocado

This is another superfood which can take your breakfast to another level. Avocados are known for being packed with all sorts of healthy goodness like vitamin E, potassium, and antioxidants. Their nutritional properties can work to reduce cholesterol, improve skin, and lower blood pressure. In addition to their anti-aging benefits, avocados have also been shown to prevent heart attacks and reduce the possibility of osteoporosis.
