The treatment

What Is alloClae™?

alloClae™ is a ready-to-use treatment made from carefully processed and purified donated human fat tissue. It is designed to add volume, improve shape, and provide support in areas of the breast and body where fat naturally exists.

Unlike traditional fat transfer, alloClae™ does not require liposuction or harvesting fat from another area of your own body. Instead, the tissue arrives ready for use and can be precisely placed in areas that need additional volume or contour.

Real fat tissue.
No fat harvesting required.

Breast Enhancement with alloClae™

Natural-looking breast enhancement for women with limited donor fat.

Not every woman who wants fuller, more balanced breasts has enough body fat for traditional fat transfer. For women with naturally slender or athletic builds, this can limit their options for breast enhancement without implants. alloClae™ offers an alternative for carefully selected patients seeking subtle, targeted enhancement without the need to harvest fat from another area of their body.

Made from carefully processed donated human fat tissue, alloClae™ can be strategically placed to add modest fullness, improve breast symmetry, enhance cleavage, and refine natural breast contours.

This approach may be especially appealing to younger, athletic, or low-BMI patients with smaller breasts who want to enhance their existing shape without a dramatic increase in size. Rather than focusing on significantly larger breasts, alloClae™ allows for precise contour refinement, helping create a fuller, more balanced appearance that complements your natural proportions.

Body Contouring with alloClae™

Natural-looking volume and smoother contours without traditional fat harvesting.

Not everyone who wants fuller hips or more balanced body contours has enough donor fat for traditional fat transfer. For patients with limited available fat, alloClae™ offers an alternative for targeted enhancement without harvesting fat from another area of the body.

Made from carefully processed donated human fat tissue, alloClae™ can be strategically placed to soften hip dips, enhance the contours of the buttocks, restore localized fullness, and improve certain contour irregularities following liposuction.

This approach may be especially appealing to patients with limited donor fat, volume loss after weight changes, or those seeking refinement after a previous procedure. Treatment is customized to your anatomy and goals, with an emphasis on smoother contours and more balanced proportions.

Who May Benefit from alloClae™?

alloClae™ may be an option for patients seeking targeted breast or body volume without traditional fat harvesting. Candidacy depends on anatomy, tissue quality, treatment goals, and the amount of enhancement desired.

  • Limited donor fat for a traditional fat transfer
  • A preference for subtle, targeted enhancement
  • Breast asymmetry or visible implant edges
  • Localized irregularities following liposuction or surgery
  • Hip dips or selected areas of lost volume
  • Changes in contour after weight loss, pregnancy, or breast surgery
  • Volume loss after weight changes, including GLP-1-associated weight loss
  • A wish to avoid liposuction for fat harvesting
  • A prior breast procedure or implant removal
  • Enough healthy tissue for an appropriate targeted plan
  • An understanding that not everyone is an ideal candidate
Not every patient is an ideal candidate. The amount of volume that can be safely and effectively placed depends on tissue mobility, tissue quality and thickness, previous procedures, and your individual anatomy. Dr. Chaudhari will evaluate these factors during your consultation.

Ask us a question
What is alloClae™?
alloClae™ is an innovative, non-surgical option for restoring volume and refining body contours using donated human adipose (fat) tissue. It can be used to add subtle volume, improve symmetry, smooth contour irregularities, and enhance areas where fat naturally occurs — without liposuction, implants, or traditional fat-transfer surgery.
What is alloClae™ made from?
alloClae™ is made from carefully screened and processed donated human fat tissue. It contains non-living fat cells along with the natural extracellular matrix, lipids, and connective tissue found within adipose tissue. The approximate composition of alloClae™ is 60% fat cells (adipocytes) and 40% extra-cellular matrix (ECM).
Is alloClae™ the same as using my own fat?
No. Traditional fat grafting requires harvesting fat from your own body through liposuction, processing it, and transferring it to another area. alloClae™ is donor adipose tissue that has already been processed and prepared for use. This means patients can receive targeted volume enhancement without first undergoing liposuction to obtain their own fat.
Who donates the fat used in alloClae™?
alloClae™ is created from donated human tissue. Donor tissue is screened and tested in accordance with applicable FDA requirements for human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue- based products (HCT/Ps).
Where can alloClae™ be used?
alloClae™ may be used subcutaneously in localized areas where adipose tissue naturally exists. Depending on your anatomy and goals, it may be used to:
• Restore or enhance breast contours
• Improve breast symmetry
• Camouflage visible implant rippling or contour irregularities
• Refine cleavage and breast shape
• Soften hip dips
• Enhance gluteal contours
• Smooth irregularities following liposuction
• Restore volume in areas where natural fat has been lost During your consultation, Dr. Chaudhari can determine whether alloClae™ is appropriate for the area you would like to treat.
Is alloClae™ a filler?
Not in the traditional sense. Unlike synthetic dermal or body fillers, alloClae™ is made from donated human adipose tissue rather than a synthetic injectable material. Its natural adipose structure is preserved during processing to provide targeted volume and support where fat naturally exists.
Is alloClae™ a replacement for a BBL or traditional fat transfer?
Not necessarily. alloClae™ and surgical fat transfer serve different purposes. A traditional fat-transfer procedure may be better suited to patients who want significant volume enhancement and have enough donor fat available for liposuction. alloClae™ can be particularly appealing for patients seeking more targeted contouring or those who may not have enough body fat for traditional fat grafting. The best option depends on your anatomy, available donor fat, desired amount of volume, and overall goals.
What if I am too thin for fat transfer?
This is one of the reasons alloClae™ can be especially exciting. Patients with very little available donor fat may not be good candidates for traditional fat grafting because there simply isn't enough fat to harvest. Because alloClae™ does not require harvesting your own fat, it may provide an alternative for select patients who want to restore or refine volume without undergoing liposuction.
Do I need surgery or general anesthesia?
alloClae™ is considered a non-surgical body-contouring treatment and may be performed in the office. It does not require the liposuction and fat-harvesting procedure associated with traditional fat transfer. Dr. Chaudhari will discuss the treatment process and appropriate comfort measures with you during your consultation.
How quickly will I see results?
Volume enhancement is visible immediately following treatment. Swelling and other temporary post-treatment changes can affect the appearance initially, so your result may continue to settle as the treatment area recovers.
How long does alloClae™ last?
alloClae™ is designed to provide lasting volume; however, longevity can vary from patient to patient. Your anatomy, treatment area, amount of product used, lifestyle, weight changes, and other individual factors can all influence how your results look over time.
How much downtime is there after alloClae™?
Downtime is generally minimal compared with surgical fat transfer. According to the manufacturer, most patients are able to return to normal activities within approximately 24–48 hours. Individual recovery can vary depending on the treatment area and amount of product used.
Will alloClae™ look and feel natural?
alloClae™ is specifically designed to restore volume in areas where adipose tissue naturally exists. Rather than creating an exaggerated or artificial appearance, treatment can be tailored to enhance your existing proportions, smooth irregularities, and create subtle contour changes. As with any aesthetic procedure, the amount used and treatment technique are important factors in achieving a natural-looking result.
Is alloClae™ safe?
alloClae™ is marketed as a Human Cell & Tissue Product (HCT/P). Donor tissue is subject to screening and testing requirements intended to reduce the risk of transmissible disease. As with any medical procedure, alloClae™ is not risk-free. Potential complications may include pain, infection, hematoma, cyst or nodule formation, skin discoloration, and allergic or immune reactions. It should not be used in patients with an active infection, severe allergen sensitivities, or a history of anaphylaxis. Dr. Chaudhari will review your medical history, treatment goals, potential risks, and expected benefits before determining whether alloClae™ is appropriate for you.
Can alloClae™ be used to correct implant rippling?
For some patients, yes. alloClae™ may be used to add soft-tissue volume around the breast and can be considered for improving the appearance of implant rippling, asymmetry, or other contour irregularities. Whether this is appropriate depends on the cause and severity of the irregularity, your existing breast tissue, implant position, and other anatomical factors.
How much alloClae™ will I need?
The amount varies considerably depending on the area being treated and the degree of enhancement you want. A small contour irregularity may require substantially less volume than breast, hip, or gluteal contouring. During your consultation, Dr. Chaudhari can evaluate your anatomy and recommend an appropriate treatment plan based on the result you would like to achieve.
How much does alloClae™ cost?
Because alloClae™ treatment is customized, pricing depends primarily on the area being treated and the amount of product required to achieve your goals. After evaluating you during your consultation, our team can provide a personalized treatment plan and quote.
Am I a good candidate for alloClae™?
You may be a candidate if you would like to restore volume, improve symmetry, soften contour irregularities, or enhance your natural shape without traditional fat-transfer surgery. alloClae™ may be particularly worth considering if you:
• Have limited fat available for traditional fat grafting
• Want targeted rather than extensive volume enhancement
• Want to improve a contour irregularity
• Want to minimize the appearance of implant rippling
• Prefer a non-surgical treatment with less downtime than traditional fat transfer The best way to know is through an evaluation with Dr. Chaudhari, who can determine whether alloClae™, traditional fat transfer, implants, or another treatment would be most appropriate for your anatomy and goals.
